There are a number of initiatives that we would like to take on but find that our finances are too stretched to accomplish these on our own. We would welcome sponsorship from your Company in any or all of these areas. We do not have accurate costs on these at present but estimates are shown alongside. They include: -

• A sign erected on the front of the building to better indicate who we are. £350
• Polo shirts to be worn in Rhymney Valley competitions & by Juniors . £250
• Disabled facilities and equipment £3000
• Scoreboard £550
• Sponsorship of Junior Championship £250
• Sponsorship of match teas £500
• New ditch boards & gutters £3000

For some of these initiatives match funding of sponsorship moneys may be available from ‘Sportsmatch Cymru’ which would effectively double your contribution.

There are a number of ways in which we can make your contribution worthwhile and turn it into an investment: -

• Your Company Logo / Name on the sign outside our club which faces the main road.
• Your Company Logo / Name on Senior shirts and Junior Polo shirts
• Your Company Logo / Name on our score board
• Advertising in our Fixture program
• Mention of your Company as sponsors on our website
• Prominent mention in any local press articles and in photographs.
• Use of Club lounge / bar for meetings / functions / training / seminars
• Corporate away / fun days including a game of bowls
• Invitations to presentation and other events at the club.
• A link to your site or complete page on our site.

These are a few of our thoughts, perhaps you have other needs that we could perhaps meet.

We realize that your time and money are valuable assets but we hope that you can see benefit in sponsoring us and that you will give this request serious consideration.
